Grounding Techniques for Stress Relief

Not only is May our month for Home Makeovers, but it is also Mental Health Month which is why we’ve asked a local expert, Cara Gruhala to share some pointers with us to help keep us grounded. With the quarantine that has been dragging on, we are all experience different types and varying amounts of stress which is why it’s important to stay aware of how you are feeling and keep yourself informed of ways you can remain present and calm.
