Fourth of July Celebration @ Worlds of Fun – 4545 Worlds of Fun Ave KCMO – Come hungry for an unforgettable 4th of July barbecue with tasty home-style eats from the all-new Cotton Blossom BBQ restaurant as well as delicious treats from other venues throughout the park. – Check for admission prices.
Olathe Red, White & Blue – College Blvd Activity Complex – In addition to a daytime celebration, Olathe will have a big fireworks display around 9:45pm. Check out the website for more details.
Fireworks on the Water – Smithville Lake Park – This is a more unique way to view fireworks and celebrate the fourth. Bring your kayak, cone and a picnic and enjoy lawn games, a potluck dinner and the float to the perfect spot to view one of the best displays in the city. You can also watch from the lawn and even camp overnight.
Overland Park Star Spangled Spectacular – Corporate Woods Founders’ Park 9711 W. 109th St.
Overland Park, KS 66210 – Join the City of Overland Park for an Independence Day Celebration that will include live musical performances, food trucks, and a fireworks display that begins around 9:45pm.
Gardner July 4th Celebration – Celebration Park 32701 W 159th St. – Food vendors, live music, free bounce houses, face painting and a portable zip line followed by a great fireworks display!
KC RiverFest 2018 – Berkley Riverfront – One of the most time-honored displays in the area, the RiverFest celebration includes a premier fireworks display, tons of food vendors, lots of live music and other family-friendly entertainment and activities.
