Kansas City in October is one of our favorite times and places of the entire year, and we cannot wait to get our families and friends out this weekend and enjoy the fall, even if it does still feel more like summer.
As we all enter our Showgirl era this weekend for Taylor Swift’s album release, there are a couple listening parties you can hit up to enjoy themed drinks, trading bracelets, and listening to the album with other Swifties.
KC Bier Co’s Oktoberfest is also taking place at Crown Center this Friday and Saturday, with plenty of Bavarian-themed food and beer but also activities to enjoy with the kids.
Pumpkin Hollow is also back at Deanna Rose, so now through the end of October you can take your family for hayrides, fun fall activities, and of course a pumpkin to take home.
Rounding out our list for this week we also have First Fridays in the Crossroads, the Ultimate 90s Party in Westport, Boo in the West Bottoms, the Fall Chick Event in Leawood, Hawktoberfest at Bluhawk in Overland Park, and the Moon & Lantern Festival at the Arboretum.
You can find full details for all of these events in our bio, or send us a DM if you’d like us to add you to our weekly email list so you can get our weekly events update directly to your inbox. As always, let us know where we might find you this weekend, and enjoy the rest of your week, Kansas City!
